Our Youth took control of the AM service on Sunday, July 26th. We had an Awesome service! Chase and Adrianne were the Worship leaders and the rest of the youth made up the choir...Ezra made the morning annoucements and after the song service the youth all participated in a skit written by our two youth leaders Josh Toombs and Chuck Kilcrease...They, along with some other adults help do an awesome job with our youth and kids here at Luthersville Baptist. The skit was a Christian (Chase) that prayed for opportunties to be able to share the gospel as she walked to work!! She came across an average person (Kaleigh), a "night worker"(Adrianne), and a drunk (Ezra). She struggled many times with whether to share the gospel, afraid sometimes for her own safety, but with Jesus (Heath)by her side, she was able to be obedient and share the gospel and because of her obedience these 3 were able to withstand the devil(Austin) attacking and each came to know Jesus as their Savior and Lord!

After the powerful message of the skit...Josh Toombs delivered the message for the Sunday service...it was a great day at LBC, one of our youth came to know the Lord as his Savior!! During the skit when the 3 in the play got "saved" the kids were dressed as angels and they ran around shouting and praising God, so after Robert was saved, Tommy pointed out that the angels in heaven were rejoicing just like the kids had done earlier!! Praise the Lord!!
