Day 12 of 31 Ways to Pray for my Children

Day 12-Courage. "May my children always be strong and courageous in their character and in their actions" (Dt. 31:6).

"Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the LORD your God is the one who goes with you He will not fail you or forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6 (NASB)

Gracious Father, Please forgive me for times that I have been a coward and have not taken a bold stand for You. Please help me to always be courageous and boldly proclaim my faith in You. Help me to have the courage to witness to lost people even though they may ridcule me for my beliefs, help me to not be ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation! I pray this same prayer for my children and grandchildren. Help them to be strong in the Lord and find their strength in Him!
